Every Child Succeeds’ first Strollerthon celebrates 20th anniversary and over 25,000 families served
WHAT: Every Child Succeeds Strollerthon 5K Run/Walk & 1 Mile Family Stroll

WHO: Local individuals and families, including the Greater Cincinnati walk and run community, and Every Child Succeeds families will join in this family-friendly event to celebrate ECS’s 20th anniversary.
Changing stations will be provided by Pampers for family convenience. Strollers, wagons and baby carriers are encouraged at this family-friendly event with a 1-mile option. Snacks generously provided by Every Child Succeeds partner The Children’s Home.
HOW: Cost is $25 for adults, $5 for youth, and children under 3 are free.

Every Child Succeeds has become a nationally-recognized, evidence-based home visiting program that has helped over 25,000 families since 1999. Professional home visitors work with families to create nurturing, healthy home environments throughout Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Its core focus is helping children of new parents reach their full potential by optimizing their development prenatally and throughout the important first 1,000 days of life. . ECS dedicated home visitors provide in-home parenting education and support, which helps strengthen emotional bonds between parent and child, build parental confidence and enhance family self-sufficiency.
Every Child Succeeds was founded by Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center, Cincinnati/Hamilton County Community Action Agency and the United Way of Greater Cincinnati.
