Who? Pregnant women, new moms and their families. Income eligibility may apply.

Where? Butler, Clermont, and Hamilton Counties in Ohio. Boone, Campbell, Grant, and Kenton Counties in Kentucky.
When? Program enrollment can occur from the time you know you’re pregnant until your baby is 12 weeks old. Services continue through age 2 in Kentucky or age 3 in Ohio.
